With this document, BUMAPS S.L. represented by Mr Gatez, will rent the villa to :
An incoming and an outgoing inventory will be made. A damage deposit of € 250.00 will be required and must be paid with the second payment. The keys will be given at your arrival and after the first inventory. The renters must leave the villa clean and must return the villa in the same condition that they received it. By signing this document, the renters approve the inventory and understand the house rules. They will also accept its terms. By this approval, they agree to respect the house rules.
The price for the rental period mentioned above is for an amount of EUR per week Net and without the deposit. This price includes all costs and charges (electricity, water, maintenance and swimming-pool). Washing machine is available. The renters will have open access to the swimming-pool according to the house rules (see enclosed). Also use of the barbecue and parking for their car on the property are possible. In any case, the owner will not be responsible in case of impossibility to use the swimming-pool. Nevertheless the owner has to do the necessary steps to have the swimming-pool available as soon as possible. To confirm the rental a 50 % deposit + the damage deposit are required within two weeks of booking . The damage depostit will be reimbursed within 15 days of the leave of the renters if, and only if, the villa has not supported any damages. Please note that all the bank costs and/or all the bank charges are the responsibility of the renters. The details to issue the payments will be communicated later on and once the necessary copies signed. If no payment within 2 weeks of the confirmation of the rent, the contract will be null and void. The second payment must be received 2 weeks before the arrival of the renters in the villa and in the same settlement condition as just here above mentioned. The arrival is foreseen at 17:00. The agent will wait a maximum of one hour to welcome the renters. The leave will happen at 13:00. At last, the villa is for a maximum of 6 people (children and baby included). If the owner and/or the person in charge remark that more than 6 people are coming, they can use their right to refuse the entrance in the villa. The rent will be lost completely.
